Funeral Arrangements
Funeral arrangements typically require additional lead-time.
If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day, please try to let us know several days in advance so we can best accommodate your needs. Sunday deliveries may not always be available. When ordering funeral pieces please be sure to provide the name, address, and phone number of the funeral home as well as the time and date of the service in the "special instructions" section during checkout. Delivery Policy
It is your responsibility, as the sender, to ensure that the recipient will be at the location of the delivery on the date of the delivery. If the recipient goes home early from work (if a workplace delivery) or is out of town (for home deliveries) unbeknownst to us, it is not cause for a refund or exchange as we have fulfilled our obligation in delivering upon the date of request as ordered by the sender.
Delivery to Hospitals
We are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward. We will send your gift in accordance with facility procedures. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.
If No One is Home:
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor.
Recipient Maybe Contacted:
In some cases, we may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery.
Other times it's due to living in a gated community or high-rise with restricted access. In any case, if us contacting them will be an issue, please let us know ahead of time.
Request to Leave Item at Door:
We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
Substitution Policy
Flower and Plant Substitutions:
Due to the nature of or business in working with mother nature, global shortages, current events in the countries we conduct business with etc occasionally we may need to make changes and substitutions to the flowers, plants, containers, or colors in order to ensure on time delivery. If this happens, we will make every effort to contact you to discuss the issue. If we are unable to make contact with you in time, then we will need to "make the call" ourselves. Please know that we will only make substitutions that are of equal or greater value. Also, remember that no two arrangements are exactly alike, but we will do everything to ensure that the arrangement has the same look and feel, or vibe, of what you ordered. Gift Basket Substitutions:
Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution to ensure timely delivery. Substitutions made within a gift basket will be made with items of equal or greater value, if necessary, to guarantee freshness.
Data Privacy
By ordering from our website customer data such as name, address, email, phone number, and credit card will be securely saved within the order itself for processing purposes. If an account is created when checking out, the system will save this information to expedite future purchases. Checking out as a guest will cause the system to not retain this data outside of what is necessary for processing the specified order.
Cancellation
To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at any time prior to delivery. If your gift is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. To cancel please call our store 830-980-BUDS (2837).
Returns/Refunds
Refunds/ returns are on a case by case basis.
As flowers are a perishable item, returns are only considered under the following circumstances:
All issues must be photographed and brought to our attention within 24 hours of delivery
